Add a store locator map to Shopify
How does this MapsMaker embed workflow work?
Publish the map in MapsMaker, add the iframe to a dedicated Shopify page template, and verify the active theme's Custom Liquid support.
How it works
Requirements for a Shopify store locator
Use a dedicated Shopify page and template so the locator does not accidentally appear on every resource that shares a theme template.
Add the map through the theme editor
Publish the map in MapsMaker and copy Share → Embed. Then open the Store Locator page's assigned template in Shopify's theme editor and add a Custom Liquid section or block.
Example: a searchable retail-locations page
A useful `/pages/store-locator` page can introduce the store network in visible Shopify text, show a 750px MapsMaker locator, and finish with customer-service information.
Troubleshoot theme and sizing problems
Theme-template scope is the first thing to check when the embed appears in the wrong place; dimensions and domain access are the next checks.
Limits, performance, and official Shopify guidance
The embed is an interactive locator, not a Shopify app. It does not automatically read inventory, orders, customers, or product availability.
